This is one of our best situated and recently refurbished hotel. Conveniently located next to the charming spa colonnade and congress centre. The building of the Central spa with a range of spa services is just few minutes walk; hotel is further connected with neighbouring Libeňský hotel by an indoor corridor. In general hotel meets the wishes of both spa guests with higher needs and business people.
According to the plans of the former 1912 Winter Spa by architect František Janda, the ground floor was used as a “filling” room opened in 1924, as well as for a boiler room and laundry room with an automatic rolling press. On the first floor there were flats for office workers, offices and rooms for the spa guests. A new Winter Spa was launched in 1919. Later on in 1923 the Winter Spa was extended with an indoor swimming pool.
This is one of the best situated hotels conveniently located between the town centre and its shopping zone and the more quiet, green, relaxing parts of the spa park with numerous fountains and resting places. The Congress Centre Colonnade and the building of the Central spa is a few minutes walk away from the hotel.
Accommodation
Hotel capacity is 90 beds, 9 single rooms, 39 double rooms and 2 suites. In these rooms is equipped with appropriate standard *** – shower and toilet, refrigerator, telephone with direct dial telephone and color TV with satellite reception.Newly and comfortably furnished rooms: 9 single bedrooms, 39 double bedrooms and two airy apartments.
All rooms dispose of bathroom (shower/toilet), SAT-TV, telephone and refrigerator. Guests have access to a private parking in the enclosed courtyard of the hotel complex.
Dining
All F&B facilities are situated in Libeňský hotel (connected by an indoor corridor). Breakfast is buffet one, lunch and/or dinner: choice of 3- or 4-course menu). There is a hotel café with a summer terrace and attractive view on the famous Flower clock which is available daily from afternoon to evening. The hotel has a dining room with a capacity of 100 seats in Libensky complex, which is beautiful and stylish cafe with a terrace. An important component of treatment stay is also an appropriate diet – a diet which is determined at the entrance examination of the patient’s attending physician of the nature of the disease. The patients cared for nutritional therapist with whom it is possible at any time to discuss the food.
Treatment
There is a rehabilitation pool available for guests in the hotel, which enables special exercises for individuals and group rehabilitation and relaxation. Traditional cures can be accessed in the adjacent buildings of the Central and Summer Spa as well as the Hotel Libeňský which has easy access to balneology treatments.
The newly renovated spa hotel is suitable for demanding clients. It is located in a quiet street near the colonnade, is linked glass passageway with the hotel Libensky.
At the reception our staff are happy to provide any information relating to all medical visits, cultural and sporting events and other services. The hotel has its own park and offers guests a bicycle rental or lease of a relaxation pool.
Medical treatments are served at the hotel Libensky and spa or in the central location of balneotherapy, electrotherapy, including rehabilitation and training ergometry. Other services provided by the hotel Libensky, where the permanent service of nurses and emergency medical service.
